(HTTPS wasn&amp;rsquo;t much of a thing back then which made MITM proxies a lot easier to set up!)&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;My Pi-Hole recently started acting more and more strangely, so I decided it was time to start fresh - and document it this time.
